【仕事内容】

ナイトレジャー系大規模ポータルサイトをはじめとする各種サイトのSEO対策を担当します。

検索エンジンユーザーの行動やアルゴリズムの変化を把握し、

最適なSEOを実行してトラフィックを最大化します。

オーガニックからの集客が重要で、サイト構造を理解したテクニカルなSEOを軸に、

長期的に一つのサイトの改善に専任で携わります。

【具体的には】

・ 競合分析

・ 集計データのモニタリング

・ SEO戦略のプランニング

・ SEO施策の立案・提案

・ 施策実施のディレクション

・ データ分析、レポーティング

・ 新規開発に伴うSEO要件の策定

・ 社内に向けてSEOに関する情報発信、啓蒙活動

【求める人材】

・大規模データベース型サイトにおけるSEO戦略の立案実務およびプロジェクトの責任者経験(3年以上)

下記を想定しています。

・大規模データベース型サイトのSEO分野において改善提案~実装、効果測定まで一連の流れを実行できる方

・Google Analytics 4(GA4)を活用したデータ分析経験がある方

・各種マーケティングツール(SEMrush、Ahrefs、 など)を用いた高度な競合分析経験がある方

・スクレイピングツール(Screaming Frogなど)を用いてサイトのヘルスチェックを行える方

【歓迎】

・Google Tag Managerの設定およびイベントトラッキング構築経験がある方

・Webサイトスピード最適化(Core Web Vitals改善)の専門知識

・データベース設計およびパフォーマンス最適化の経験

【給与】

年収600~780万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
