仕事内容:

正社員の保育士として子どもたちの成長をサポートするお仕事です。日曜固定休みの完全週休2日制で、無理なく長く続けられる環境を整えています。

お任せすること:

・児童発達支援および放課後等デイサービスにて、子どもたちの「個別支援計画」に基づいた療育支援。日々の遊びや学びを通じて、一歩ずつの成長を優しく見守ります。

・安全な通所を支える送迎業務や、その日の活動内容を記録する事務作業。チームで情報を共有し、保護者の方や関係機関と連携しながら、より良い支援に繋げます。

・その他、療育に付随する書類作成などの運営業務。子どもたちが安心して過ごせる環境を、スタッフ全員で協力して作り上げていきます。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥33,800〜¥47,500(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■月給25万円~35万円+各種手当+賞与年2回+決算賞与(一律手当含む)※

基本給:216,200円~302,500円

固定残業代(22h):33,800円~47,500円

※月22時間分の固定残業の超過分は別途支給

◇入社後3~6ヵ月間は試用期間として契約社員。その期間の給与額も同額。

契約期間満了後、正社員として雇用します。
