【具体的な業務内容】 カプセル・健康食品原料事業部の製造部門機械課にて、生産機械の故障修理や段取り替え作業を行っていただきます。

<業務内容詳細>

・生産ラインのセンターとオートマチックとの平行/芯出し及びクリアランス調整作業(生産ラインの段取り替えの最終調整作業)

・オートマチック(多機能多軸変速位置決め装置)の整備、保守改良及びオーバーホール作業 ・生産ラインの駆動系(メインモータ/油圧シリンダー/ギア/カム/シャフト/タイミングベルト等)の整備、保守改良及びオーバーホール作業

・生産ラインの付帯機器(シャークバイト本体/ヘッド/ストリッパー)の整備、保守改良及びオーバーホール作業

・日々の全生産ライン点検、稼働監視、チョコ停原因調査、是正処置、記録 ・長期定期休止時に実施する生産ラインの改善及び予防保全の計画、管理 ・複数人が共同で行う生産ライン段取り替え作業の監督、補助業務

勤務時間・曜日:

<固定時間制:平均所定労働160時間/月>
7:30~16:00
(労働時間 7時間25分・休憩 65分)
