■業務概要:
- 通常時・異常時・事故時を含む機能要件および環境条件に対して、機器を適格化するために必要なプロセスや技術指示の実施を調整すること。
- 電気機器や計装制御(I&C)機器などの原子力機器・コンポーネントの適格性評価(Qualification)に関する技術仕様書や手順書を作成すること。
- 原子力規制当局へ提出する安全ファイルの一部となる適格性報告書について、作成・技術管理・監督に貢献し、レビューを行うこと。
- 品質保証が求められる環境のもと、厳密かつ体系的な方法で作業を行い、プロジェクトのスケジュールと予算に沿って成果物が作成されるよう確実にすること。
- 専門分野のマネージャーの指導の下、プロジェクトに貢献するためのスキルと経験を発展させること。
■応募条件:
- 複雑かつ高度に規制された環境(原子力分野が望ましい)での、センサー・I&C・電気部品などの機器/コンポーネント適格性評価の確かな経験。
- システム、コンポーネント、部品、統合システムの仕様に基づき、試験シーケンスを定義し、適格性試験の実行を監督した経験。
- 温度、放射線、湿度、電磁場(EMC)などの環境条件に対する電気機器および I&C 機器の故障メカニズムや感受性に関する確かな知識。
- 極端な負荷条件(電磁場・放射線など)下における複雑なコンポーネントの解析を理解・解釈・正当化できる能力。
- 協働力:共通の目標達成に向けて、他者と協力しパートナーシップを構築する能力。
- 成果志向:厳しい状況下でも一貫して結果を出せること。
- 継続的改善:効率・品質・生産性を高めるためのプロセスやシステム改善案を提案できること。
- 品質管理システム(QMS):担当分野に関連する適用手順を確実に遵守できること。
■ 望ましい経験・能力:
- 原子力関連の適格性に関する規格(RCC-E、IEEE、IEC、IAEA、NRC など)、特に電気機器および I&C 機器に関する規格の知識。
- 耐火性能適格性(Fire Qualification)に関する経験:火災条件に耐える機器の評価経験。
- 意思決定力:組織を前進させる適切で迅速な判断ができること。
- 組織対応力:複雑な方針・プロセス・組織内の人間関係をスムーズに取り扱う能力。
- 業務プロセス最適化:効率的で効果的な業務プロセスを理解し、継続的改善に向けて特定できること。
■ 学歴・言語条件:
- 電子工学、オートメーション、原子力工学、または関連分野の修士号または同等の学位(必要な学位は、類似の業務責任を伴う豊富な実務経験や、関連分野の追加研修修了証により代替可能)。
- RCC-E や IEEE 規格に関する資格(認定)が望ましい。
- 英語:流暢(スピーキングとライティング)。
