「まずはインターンとして現場を知ってもらう」ための募集です。

【仕事内容】

建設現場をスムーズに回すための

現場サポート・施工管理の入口業務を体験します。

【具体的には】

・現場での安全確認・進行サポート

・道具や資材の整理

・作業内容や進捗の記録

・報告書作成の補助(AIツール活用)

・業務をもっと楽にするための改善サポート

※重労働や危険作業はありません

※社員が必ず一緒に行動します

【1日の流れ】

8:00 現場集合・朝礼

8:30 作業サポート・進捗確認

12:00 休憩

13:00 午後作業・情報整理

16:30 簡単な記録・振り返り

17:00 終了

8:00~17:00(実働7.5h、休憩1.5h)

の中から1日4〜8時間

※相談可能

※週1回から参加OK。学業優先で調整します。

社員たちも残業は月2,3時間程度基本は定時退社、残業しない方針です

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1475円 〜

【1日4時間勤務の場合】

1,475円 × 4h = 日給5,900円

【1日8時間勤務の場合】

1,475円 × 8h = 日給11,800円

※通勤手当支給:上限18,000円
