この仕事の面白さは?
完全反響型なので、営業といっても"売り込み"じゃない。興味を持ってくれているお客様に、自分の提案でベストなプランを一緒に考える。だから成果が出やすく、20代でもしっかり結果を出せます。最初は先輩が同行してくれるし、経験ゼロでも着実にステップアップできる環境があるので、安心して挑戦できました。

- 週休2日制(日曜+第1・第2・第3土曜)

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 20万2000円 〜 47万3000円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり6万7000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり43時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
- 月給26.5万円以上+賞与年2回+2種のインセンティブ

【報奨金】
- 1ヵ月ごとの完成額と入金額に応じて査定

- 毎月の売上目標を達成した際に支給される特別インセンティブ
実績として、平均年収677万円、半期賞与平均170万円(高い方は300〜400万円)を実現しています
