GMSジャパン光工場は山口県光市にあるタケダの主力生産工場で、光工場はグローバルの供給ネットワークの中でも重要な基幹工場としての役割を果たしており、出荷先は国内に限らずグローバルに製品を供給しています。OSDマニュファクチャリング部は、固形製剤の製造機能を有し、高血圧症治療剤、消化性潰瘍治療剤等、タケダが誇る医薬品経口固形製剤を製造しています。
職務内容
- 医薬品(固形製剤)製造業務
- 上記製造業務に付帯関連する業務(準備・片付け・清掃など)
※業務具体例
- クリーンルーム内での製造機器の操作(秤量機、造粒機、打錠機、コーティング機、検査機、洗浄機など)
- 使用する器具・部品の洗浄
- 製造環境の清掃、消毒
- 用水設備、空調設備の維持管理
- 標準作業手順書、作業記録書の制改訂などのパソコン業務
- 医薬品製造のために必要な教育の受講

- 製造設備の機械操作やクリーンルーム内の作業に対応できる方 (経験不問)
- 交替勤務に対応できる方
- 手順を遵守し、丁寧に作業ができる方

- 高卒以上
<実務経験>
- 医薬品業界や製造の業務経験は問いません。
<スキル・資格>
- 基本的なPCスキル(ワード・エクセル)を有する方
Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:
- Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
- Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
- Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
- Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
