【具体的な業務】
■店舗での接客
来店されたお客様への対応を行います。
まずは会話を楽しむところから♪
1日の平均対応件数は5〜6件です。
■買取のご提案
お持ちいただいた品物をスマホで撮影。
社内の鑑定専門部署へ写真を送ると、鑑定結果が返ってきます。
結果に基づき、買取価格をお客様にご提案しましょう
■売上分析
お客様への提案に役立てるために、
売れ筋商品を分析。トレンドを予想します
【査定業務について】
①商品をスマホで撮影し査定専門チームへメールで送信
② 鑑定結果の返信がきたら、お客さまへ価格提示、ご説明
→未経験の方でもイチから学べ、 店舗配属後も悩んだときはすぐに研修担当に

給与:
想定年収:500万円~2,000万円(月給:35万円~80万円)
賞与回数:2回

<店舗スタッフの場合>
■月給35万円以上(固定残業代含む)+インセンティブ
※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月35時間分を、一律月5万円支給
上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給
<店長昇格の場合>
■月給55万円〜80万(固定残業代含む)+インセンティブ
※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月37時間分を、一律月5万円支給
上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給
