経理業務をメインに、総務業務も兼任いただくマルチなお仕事です。

<具体的な仕事内容>

1. 経理業務(メイン)

・小口現金管理、協力会社への支払い手続き

・社員給与計算補助

・注文書発行補助

・銀行手続き、法務局・税務署での各種証明取得 など

2. 総務業務

・来客・電話応対

・会議スケジュール周知

・備品購入、健康診断の手配

・イベント運営サポート

・現場関連の安全書類(グリーンファイル)補助 など

【必須条件】

・基本的なPCスキル(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

・日商簿記3級程度の知識

・事務や経理の実務経験がある方(建設会社での経験がある方は早期にご活躍いただけます)

・建設業経理士の資格をお持ちの方

・商業系学校での学習経験がある方


工事・営業・総務経理の各部門がワンフロアで業務を行う、風通しの良い職場です。部門間の相互理解が深く、困りごとはすぐに相談できる連携のしやすさが特長です。職場は明るく、オン/オフの切り替えを重視する雰囲気です

残業は月平均5時間〜10時間と少なく、ほとんど定時(17:30)に退社できます。年間休日120日前後、基本は土日休みで、休日出勤時は必ず振替休日を取得。社員の健康と私生活を大切にする環境です。

1. 経理業務(メイン)
