配属先となる「管理部_契約・受発注管理課」は、法務、契約・受発注管理などの業務をしており、主に以下の業務を担当していただきます。

リーダークラスでの採用を予定しております。

【職務内容】

■契約管理業務(請負契約、派遣契約)および書類管理業務(専用ツールへのインプットあり)

・基本契約、個別契約、見積書発行、注文請書発行、納品書発行、請求書発行 等

■派遣受入契約業務

・契約書などの確認、契約管理、派遣元や部門との連携、 等

※繁忙期:四半期末の3月・6月・9月・12月

(当該ポジションでは、繁忙期に40時間ほどの残業時間を想定しています)

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■営業商務や受発注関連の業務経験(5年以上)

■システム導入・改善や業務フローの見直しなど効率化・業務改善プロジェクトのリーダー的な役割経験

■office含めたPCの基本的スキル

【歓迎要件】

・良好なコミュニケーションが取れる方(社内のリーダーやお客様と話が出来る方)

・DXに必要なPCソフトのスキル

・フレキシブルな勤務時間に対応できる方

【給与】

年収 630 ~ 780 万円

例)役割等級制/710万円:月給38万円+残業月25時間、賞与4.4ヶ月分

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
