仕事内容:

【未経験からグローバルに活躍できる海外営業職】

株式会社 弘輝は、電気電子業界向けはんだメーカーのパイオニアとして、世界中の産業機械や自動車メーカーに製品を提供しています。今回は、中華圏・東南アジア圏を担当する海外法人営業職を募集します。現地支店や代理店のフォロー、既存顧客への技術支援、新規顧客開拓など、グローバルなビジネスの最前線で活躍できるポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・海外支店・代理店へのメールや電話でのフォローアップ

・対面・WEBでの販促活動、現地営業チームの管理や販促指導、技術サポート

・海外の産業機械・自動車メーカーへの営業活動

【育成体制】

はんだという特殊な製品を扱うため、1年程度の工場での技術研修や本社での貿易実務研修を用意。基礎知識をしっかり身につけた後、1~1.5年目を目安に海外営業部でOJTを中心にスキルアップをサポートします。未経験からでも安心して成長できる環境です。

【出張について】

海外出張は年3~4回程度。グローバルな現場で自分の語学力や営業力を発揮できます。

社長直下の部門で経営者視点のビジネススキルを習得可能。将来的にはリーダーや管理職への登用も期待しています。
