土木工事スタッフ

【主なお仕事について】

・下水道関連工事の施工業務

・道路施設の建設・維持管理

・公園施設関連の工事作業

・現場での各種土木作業

・作業完了後の後片付け業務

社用車やダンプでの現場移動

1.働きやすい勤務環境

朝の集合は7時半とゆっくりスタート。吹田市中心の近場現場で移動時間も短縮。実働8時間で17時終業のメリハリある働き方です。

未経験者もしっかりフォローする教育体制。普通免許から準中型・中型免許取得支援あり。資格手当制度で成長が収入に直結します。

3.安定した収入と福利厚生

月給27万円からスタートし昇給・賞与年2回で想定年収350万円~400万円。住宅補助や作業服支給など福利厚生も充実しています。
