仕事内容:
就労継続支援A型事業所においての、「サービス管理責任者の補助」及び「現場リーダー」
以下のサービス管理責任者の仕事の補助
- 支援計画の作成
- 福祉機関との連携
- 作業委託元の企業との連携
- 施設利用者・保護者との面談
- 作業場の状況の把握
- 現場スタッフ(職業指導員)の統括 等
食事や排せつの介助はありません。
利用者の方々は、自立されている方が中心で、電車やバスを使って一人で通勤できる、軽度障がいをお持ちの方が大半です。
アピールポイント:
サービス管理責任者研修、相談支援従事者初任者研修の受講費はすべて会社が負担いたします。

新規の事業所は利用者さんの数も少なく、急いでする仕事もないため、ゆっくり焦ることなく職場の雰囲気に慣れていくことができます。
求める人材:
以下の①か②のどちらかを満たしている方
①介護現場での実務経験が5年以上で、元気で明るい方
(介護職員初任者研修修了者や介護福祉士や精神保健福祉士等の資格をお持ちの方)
②介護現場での実務経験が8年以上で、元気で明るい方(無資格でも可)
勤務時間・曜日:
9時~18時(休憩1時間)

【休日】土曜、日曜、祝日※土曜日は会社カレンダーにより出勤日(月に平均1回程度)があります。土日がすべて休日の月もあります。※勤務日・勤務時間応相談
