入所者様への個別機能訓練、福祉用具の助言、介護職との連携を行います。

「寝たきり予防」や「拘縮予防」などのアプローチが中心です。

・慢性期・高齢者ケアに興味ある方歓迎

・医療的な急変が少なく落ち着いた環境

【1日のスケジュール例】

08:45 出勤・朝礼

09:30 ベッド上の機能訓練・介護職と連携

12:00 休憩

13:30 ホールでの立ち上がり訓練

15:00 モニタリング記録・家族連絡補助

17:00 退勤
