当社は、AI × 人材育成に強みを持つスクール事業を展開しています。
本ポジションでは、企業へ向けて AI活用・人材育成支援 を行う提案営業を担当していただきます。
【 具体的な業務例 】
- 広告経由で獲得した企業への架電アプローチ
- リード(見込み企業)との商談・課題ヒアリング
- カスタマー対応(スケジュール調整、契約内容の確認など)
- 案件共有/定例ミーティング
- 契約後のフォローアップ
