【仕事内容】

これまで弊社では、AI活用の推進は各業務部門の裁量に任せ、リーダー各自が自律的に生成AI等を活用するアプローチをとってきました。

しかし、AI技術の急速な進化と業務適用範囲の拡大により、業務を横断する旗振り役の必要性が急速に高まっています。

現場からは「専門的な知見に基づく助言や戦略的な推進役を置いてほしい」との声が高まり、経営層としてもこれに呼応する形で、全社のAI活用の推進役の設置を決定しました。

その中核人材として、AI推進の旗振り役となるリーダーを今回募集します。

【具体的には】

本ポジションでは、全社的なAI活用を牽引するリーダーとして、以下のような業務を担っていただきます。

・各事業部門と連携し、生成AI等の最新技術の業務適用を支援・推進

・全社AI活用戦略の企画・立案・実行

・社員向けのAIリテラシー向上施策(教育コンテンツの設計・社内勉強会など)の企画・運営

・経営層の「AIによる意思決定高度化」を支援するツール提案・利活用サポート

・技術選定・ベンダー連携・PoC(実証実験)の推進

・AI活用事例の可視化と社内横展開

・将来的には、AI活用推進チーム(CoC)の組織化およびそのマネジメント

【求める人材】

・社内外におけるAI・生成AIの導入支援/活用推進経験(事業会社・コンサル問わず)

・デジタル/ITを活用した業務改革(BPR)やDX推進の実務経験

・部門横断的なプロジェクトの企画・推進経験(PM・PMOなど)

・技術トレンドへの感度が高く、実用レベルでAIツールを使いこなしている方

・社内外におけるAIリテラシー教育、組織変革に関与した経験

・経営層と近いポジションでの戦略立案・意思決定支援経験

・LLM・生成AI・自然言語処理・RAG等に関する技術理解

・データガバナンスやセキュリティに配慮したAI導入経験

・エンジニア・プロダクトマネージャーなど技術チームとの円滑な協働経験

・スタートアップや事業立ち上げ経験者、または横断組織の立ち上げに関与した経験

【給与】

年収800~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
