【業務内容】

担当施設の不動産開発とマネジメントを担当いただきます。

・開発コンセプトの企画および検討

・開発企画の立案、企画管理

・投資家や金融機関と連携した資金調達業務

・開発完了後の運営、管理および運用戦略の立案、実行

・自社保有不動産の価値向上や再開発の企画、推進

・メンバーのマネジメント

※係長候補または課長代理候補としての募集となります。

・担当施設はオフィスビル、商業施設、物流施設、ホテル等です。

・開発内容は新規開発、再生開発です。

・開発期間は1年~数年です。

・開発地域は関東を中心に東日本です。

・残業時間は月平均25時間です。

・定年60歳(再雇用制度65歳)です。

・昇給は年1回(7月)です。

・賞与は年2回(2月、8月)です。

・出張期間は数日程度です。
