仕事内容:

全国に1300店舗を展開する買取専門ショップで、接客や査定、買取業務を担当していただきます。

【主な業務内容】

・来店されたお客様への接客対応(1日あたり約5〜6件)

・商品の査定と買い取り業務

※飛び込み営業はありませんので安心です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

10:00 開店準備、店内清掃など来店準備を行い、営業スタート

13:00〜14:00 お昼休憩。接客の合間にリフレッシュ

14:00〜 お客様対応再開。接客経験を活かして信頼関係を築き、成約率アップを目指します

17:00〜 接客の合間に売上状況の確認や本社への報告業務

19:00 閉店。残業はなく定時退社が徹底されています

求める人材:

・社会人デビューOK

・学歴・資格・前職一切不問

・PCで文字入力ができる方(基本操作ができればOK)

・丁寧な対応を心がけられる方/人を支える仕事にやりがいを感じる方

10:00~19:00

所定労働時間:7時間15分、休憩1時間45分

シフト制 月に7日〜11日

初年度から9割以上が年収600万円以上(2021年度実績)

平均年収1200万円(140名・2021年実績)

★研修期間中でも一定の売上条件をクリアした方はインセンティブが支給されます。

・賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

・昇給:実績に応じて随時

年収700万円/入社1年目(23歳)/月給27万円+インセンティブ+賞与

年収950万円/入社2年目(25歳)/月給35万円+インセンティブ+賞与
