【私たちについて】 私たちAcallのビジョンは「仕事にワクワクを、暮らしに彩りをーLife in Work and Work in Life for Happinessー」です。 私たちは、人生の大半を占める"仕事"という営みそのものを、もっと意味のあるものに変えていきたいと考えています。 仕事を通じて自分の可能性を広げたり、人や社会とつながったりすることで、人生そのものも豊かになっていく——そう信じています。 私たちが目指すワクワクや充実感を感じながら働けるような社会が実現すれば、やがてその積み重ねが、人々の暮らしや人生を彩っていき、社会や世の中をより良くしていくはずです。 「仕事にワクワクを、暮らしに彩りを」——私たちはこの想いのもと、働くことの選択肢と可能性を広げ、日々をより豊かにする自社プロダクトとカルチャーを届けていきます。 【事業概要】 Acall(アコール)は、会議体験をはじめとした働き方を良くするためのプロダクト「Acall」を提供しています。オフィス、ハイブリッド、リモートすべてに共通する、働き方を良くする鍵は「会議」にあります。 これまでAcallは多くのお客様の働き方の変革を支援してまいりましたが、昨年リリースしたAIを使った会議の調整を行うプロダクト開発やロボットなどと連携した新しい体験開発にも目を向けて、誰もがワクワク働ける環境を目指して作っております。 【募集背景】 AIによる会議体験をはじめとした事業のアップデートによって、事業成長スピードを加速させたい中、 セールス組織の体制強化を図り、一緒に組織/事業創りを担って頂けるメンバーを募集します。 【お任せしたいこと】 経営層や経営企画・人事・総務部署をメインに「オフィス環境」「働き方」の課題解決に伴走いただきます。 - 各種アカウントプランニング - 初回商談~受注までのフォロー - 顧客の課題整理~ニーズヒアリング - 決裁者/担当者とのリレーション構築 - 開発チームへのプロダクトフィードバック 利用ツール:Notion、Teams、Salesforce、 ニーズヒアリングから提案~ご契約いただくまでの一連のプロセスを裁量をもって担って頂きます。 事業を加速させる為にプロダクトをアップデートしているタイミングでもあり、 単純なセールス活動だけではなく、顧客の要望を開発組織と擦り合わせ、必要な機能や体験を生み出す事業開発の要素が大きいポジションです。 【最後に】 事業を加速させる為にプロダクトをアップデートしているタイミングでもあり、 単純なセールス活動だけではなく、顧客の要望や課題を開発組織と擦り合わせ、必要な機能や体験を生み出す事業開発の要素が大きいポジションです。 エンタープライズのお客様と対峙しながら、「売る」だけでなく、あらゆる事業作りに直接関わる経験を積みたい方とお会いしたいです。
必須スキル
- 法人提案営業経験(目安1年以上)
歓迎スキル
- IT関連商材のセールス経験 - 従業員数1,000名規模以上の顧客ターゲットへの営業経験 - 一定の期間(半年〜1年目安)複数回の商談を経て、顧客と伴走する受注プロセス経験

勤務時間・曜日 ・所定労働時間:1日8時間(フレックスタイム制) ・オフィス勤務日:コアタイム 10:00〜16:00 ・リモート勤務日:フルフレックス(始業・終業時刻の指定なし) ※オフィス勤務日はコアタイム(10:00〜16:00)を設けています。 リモート勤務日はフルフレックス制で柔軟に働けます。 ・勤務可能曜日:月〜土曜 ※ほとんどのメンバーが月〜金曜で働いており、土曜日にMTG等が入ることはありません。 ※月〜金を基本としつつ、月間所定労働時間の範囲で土曜勤務を選択することも可能です。 休日・休暇 日・祝(法定休日とする)、年次有給休暇、 慶弔休暇、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇等

待遇 通勤手当(実費) 社保完備(健康保険、厚生年金、雇用保険、労働者災害補償保険) 制度 -リモートワーク制度 -フレックス制度 -PC選択可能(Mac,Windows) -勉強会、研修参加費用補助あり 手当 -たいまつ手当(月3万円/O型対象) O型(オフィス型/週4日以上出社)の働き方を選択し、オフィスからカルチャーを牽引する役割を担う社員に支給します。 -Practice&Spread手当(月1万円/H型・R型対象) H型・R型の働き方を選択し、リモート環境下でも成果を高める工夫や実践を行う社員に支給します。 -引っ越し手当(O型転換時) R型からO型へ転換する際、転居費用を補助します(単身者20万円、家族帯同者40万円)。 -Acall All Lunch(全型対象) 週1回にオフィスで実施するランチ会を会社が補助します。 ※各手当は選択する働き方(O/H/R型)に応じて支給されます。詳細は面談時にご案内します。
