【仕事内容の流れ】

空き家や不動産に関するお問い合わせ対応が中心のお仕事です。

① お問い合わせ対応(完全反響:月30件/1人)

② 物件の確認・簡単な査定

③ 条件のご説明・契約調整

④ 物件の活用方法を検討

⑤ 販売のサポート

※最初からすべてを一人で行うことはありません。

【具体的な業務内容】

・空き家の売却を検討されている方からのご相談対応

・物件状況の確認、査定内容のご説明

・契約に向けた調整・サポート

・投資家様からのお問い合わせ対応

・仕入れ〜販売までの一連の流れを経験できます

  • 新規営業は一切なし。
  • 一般的な不動産会社では扱いにくい物件も多く、自然と専門知識が身につきます。
  • 全国の物件を扱うため、幅広い不動産知識を学べます。

【入社後の流れ】

まずは研修で、仕事の基本から学びます。

・反響対応の進め方

・査定や契約の基礎知識

・仕事の流れの理解

その後は先輩と一緒に実務を行い、

少しずつ一人で対応できるようになります。

未経験の方でも安心して始められる環境です。

10:00 出社・問い合わせ確認

11:00 お客様へのご連絡

12:00 ランチ

13:00 物件確認・簡単な査定

16:00 条件のすり合わせ・打ち合わせ

18:00 書類整理・情報共有

19:00 退社

【必須資格】

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・不動産業界での経験(賃貸・管理・売買など)

・営業経験1年以上

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間8時間/日、コアタイム10:00〜18:00)

休日休暇


・年間休日111日

・完全週休2日制(土曜固定+シフト1日)

・夏季休暇、年末年始休暇あり

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万6100円 〜 44万6100円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万3900円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・月給27万円〜50万円+高インセンティブ(最大40%)

・宅地建物取引士手当:2万円/月

・交通費支給:〜2万円/月

・昇格・昇給:2回/年

歩合給:325万円(年間粗利3,000万円の場合)

【入社2年目】

月給:25万円+宅建手当2万円+役職手当3万円

固定給:360万円

歩合給:450万円(年間粗利4,000万円の場合)

【入社3年目】

月給:25万円+宅建手当2万円+役職手当10万円

固定給:444万円

歩合給:900万円(年間粗利6,000万円の場合)
