【職務内容】
当社デザインチームの一員として、クライアントのプロダクトの成長に向けた「戦略~UX~実行」の推進を担っていただきます。
UIデザインの実務スキルは必須ではなく、UXやPdM、ディレクターとしての経験を活かしながら、PM・エンジニア・UI/UXデザイナー・クライアントと連携し、プロジェクト全体をリードしていただくポジションです。
また、UI/UXデザイナーがPdM/UX領域へスキルを広げていく際のロールモデルとして、プロジェクト内での学びや成長を支えていただくことも期待しています。
【具体的には】
・クライアントの事業・プロダクト課題の整理、機会領域の発見
・プロダクトビジョン/コンセプト、ロードマップの策定支援
・ユーザー課題・業務要件を踏まえた要求整理・要件定義
・KGI/KPI/NSMの設計とモニタリング
・UXリサーチ計画の立案(インタビュー/ユーザビリティテスト/アンケート等)
・UI/UXデザイナーと連携したリサーチ実施・結果の解釈・打ち手検討
・リリース後のデータ分析にもとづくグロース施策の立案・優先順位付け
・クライアントとの合意形成、ステークホルダー調整、ワークショップの企画・実施
【求める人材】
【必須】
・Webアプリ または モバイルアプリのプロダクト開発における PdM/ディレクション/UXデザイン いずれかの実務経験 3年以上
・企画→要件定義→リリース→グロースのいずれかのフェーズで、プロジェクトを主体的に推進した経験
・クライアントまたは社内外ステークホルダーとの折衝・調整・合意形成の経験
【歓迎】
・プロダクトマネージャー/UXコンサルタントとしての実務経験
・BtoB SaaS または 業務支援系システムのプロジェクト経験
・ユーザーリサーチ(インタビュー/ユーザビリティテスト等)の設計・実施経験
・KPI設計やデータにもとづくグロース施策の立案・推進経験
【給与】
年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
