取り扱う商品は様々なセンサやその周辺機器、ソフトウェアなど。仕組みと動作を理解し、お客様の要望に合わせてサポートや提案を行います。

ペラペラである必要はありません。取り扱い商材は海外からの輸入品です。メーカーからのサポートを得るのに英語を使用します。

/////////// 具体的な仕事内容 ///////////

  • 基本は引き合いから

担当するメーカー製品の問合せが日々メールやTELで入ってきます。製品の技術的問い合わせから、打ち合わせ、デモンストレーション・貸出依頼等様々な問合せに対応します。

  • 導入に向けて

客先が導入に向けて、製品評価の技術的な質問やデータやソフトウェアに関する質問等があり、また購入にむけた見積依頼等もあります。NDAを締結してお客様のサンプルでデータ計測を行うことも多く、製品ハードやソフトウェアに関する説明やサポート力は客先から評価される大きなポイント。腕の見せ所ですね。

  • 受注・発注・入荷・納入

製品の注文をもらうとメーカーへ発注。数がでる製品はロットで発注在庫管理も行います。入荷後の製品検査・動作検証を行い問題なければ客先へ納品。製品によっては納入説明に出向き技術的な説明やトレーニングも行います。

  • 導入後のサポート

製品のハードウェア&ソフトウェアに関するサポートを行います。APIやサンプルプログラム等に関して詳細な質問もあり、それらに対応して客先の開発計測やシステム構築を支援。開発が成功すれば次のビジネスにもつながります。

  • トラブル対応

不具合が見つかれば社内でも同症状の再現を含め確認して可能な解決策を試み、ダメな場合はメーカー技術へレポートして連携して課題を解決します。

現時点で英語スキルが無くても慣れていきますので、英語が嫌いでない方を求めています。入社後に会社負担で語学スクールに通うことも可能。これから英語を学びたいという方にはピッタリです。
