職務内容
- PO entry and processing in the accounting system.
- Responding to queries from the global headquarters via email and documentation.
- Updating and maintaining the fixed asset ledger in compliance with local standards.
- Coordinating with external vendors (Payroll and Accounting) and ensuring accurate communication.
- Supporting tax payment verification handled by vendors.
- Providing administrative support, including office supplies management, assisting foreign employees, and preparing for office events.

- Proven experience in accounting, including fixed asset management and understanding of Japanese tax basics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English (email and written correspondence essential; conversational English preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel and basic operation of accounting systems.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Professional, courteous, and capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
