Four days per week are able to be worked remotely in this position.

Full visa renewal support is also provided.

We provide proxy shopping services for Japanese items for customers from more than 190 countries around the world.

In order to meet the growing needs of our customers, we are looking for customer support staff whose native language is English and business level Japanese or above.

Our department currently consists of 21 staff members from 14 different countries, making it a comfortable environment for non-Japanese workers.

Required skills:

・English native level (near-native level ok)

・Japanese business level (N2+)

・English comprehension and composition skills

・Experience working in an office environment

Preferred skills:

・Experience in customer service

・Experience working in Japan

Job description:

・ Answering customer inquiries via email and telephone (English)

・ Communication with other departments within our company (Japanese)

・ Translation work

Working hours:

・5 days a week, 9:00 – 18:00 (1 hour break incl.), work on weekends required

・Weekly shift including weekends and holidays

*Commute to the office is required once a week on Tuesdays only after training period

Telework on other days of the week

Location:

・5 min. walk from Kayabacho Station or Hacchobori Station

【応募資格】

■必須

・英語がネイティブレベル以上であること

・日本語ビジネスレベル以上であること(基準として日本語検定N2以上)

・英語の理解力,文章の構成能力がある方。

・日本の商品をネット通販したお客様からの英語の問い合わせ(メール、電話等)対応

・社内連絡(日本語)

・翻訳業務

【勤務時間・勤務地】

・完全週休2日制、9時~18時(休憩1時間)

※シフト制、土日祝出勤必要あり

・東京メトロ 茅場町駅より徒歩5分

八丁堀駅より徒歩5分

・研修期間終了後は火曜日のみ出勤、その他の曜日はリモートワーク
