<仕事内容>

・クラス担任業務

(保育計画立案・作成、利用家庭の連絡対応、保育環境整備、会議、研修・研究)

・保育士

・PCスキル(Word、Excel 入力程度)

・保育士経験3年以上(常勤換算)

・モンテッソーリ教師資格(AMI,AMS,MACTE,JAM,日本モンテッソーリ教育綜合研究所等)

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

勤務時間:①6:45-15:45 ②7:30-16:30 ③8:00-17:00 ④8:30-17:30 ⑤9:30-18:30 ⑥10:15-19:15

※上記勤務時間は60分の休憩を含みます。

休日休暇


週休2日制

・原則、土日祝休み(月1程度の土曜出勤あり、土曜出勤の場合は翌週に振休)

年間休日125日以上

・夏季休暇(連続した平日3日間)

・年末年始休暇(12/29-1/3)

・有給休暇(法定支給)

・その他、慶弔休暇等

給与詳細


基本給:月給 23万4000円 〜 34万8000円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

正しくは、基本給と全ての手当を含む月給額となっておりますのでご注意ください。

<一律支給の手当>

・職務手当(基本給×7%〜15% 勤続年数及び職務内容による)

・処遇改善手当(区分1及び区分2)23,000円〜49,000円

<その他の手当>

・処遇改善手当(区分3)5,000円〜40,000円

※常勤経験3年以上且つ保育士等キャリアアップ研修1科目以上修了

・モンテッソーリ教師手当(モンテッソーリ教師有資格者)8,000円

<賞与>

原則 年2回(夏・冬)

※2025年度 支給実績:基準額×1.5〜4.25ヶ月分

※正社員として入社6ヶ月後から支給対象(直接雇用のみ)

※年度により調整一時金が3月に支給される場合あり

※人材紹介会社利用の応募者は賞与支給対象外(2年間)

・横浜市保育士宿舎借上制度(利用条件あり、賃料共益費82,000円まで本人負担なし)
