◎ STEP1:基礎を身につける(入社1年目)

1~3か月の研修でシステム開発の基礎を学び、あなたができる仕事をしながら自己学習を通してエンジニアとして必要な能力をしっかり習得。

エンジニアとして必要なことが身についたら、作業内容をプログラミングへと変更。

◎ STEP2:一人前のエンジニアに(2~3年目)

開発や設計業務を任されるようになり、「ありがとう」と直接言われる場面も増えていき、キャリアアップが進んでいきます。

スポーツ経験がある方は、スポーツで培ったチームワーク力が、プロジェクト成功に大きな力となります。

"作業者"ではなく"エンジニア"として、自分の存在価値を感じられる時期です。

◎ STEP3:リーダーとして仲間を導く(3~5年目)

後輩の教育や小さなチームの取りまとめに挑戦。

「自分が支えた後輩が成長する姿」や「仲間と共にトラブルを解決した経験」が、自分の自信へと変わります。

この頃には"自分のためだけに働く"から"仲間やお客様のために動けるリーダー"へと進化。
