Job Title: Senior Web Marketing Specialist
Summary:
As a Senior Web Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving international marketing projects, particularly in the U.S., South Korea, and Taiwan. You will lead and build up the Global Web Marketing team, bridging internal global teams with local Japanese marketing teams to achieve goals.
Salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥12,000,000 per year (depending on skills and experience), plus bonus based on company and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and build up the Global Web Marketing team
- Operate various web advertisement tools (SNS, affiliate, etc.)
- Manage display and listing ads, and analyze ad serving and distribution data
- Work directly on IP projects with Japanese anime and manga publishers
- Provide reference points for anglophone countries regarding marketing and advertising strategies, and give creative direction and verification
