不動産管理スタッフです。

専門的な知識や業界経験は必要なく、

車の運転が苦手でなければ問題ありません

不動産業界未経験の方でも、

経験・知識を少しずつ積み上げていきながら

不動産管理のお仕事に挑戦できる環境です。

【仕事内容詳細】

阪神間の自社所有する

マンション・アパート・テナントビルなどの

管理業務全般をお任せします。

<具体的には...>

  • 入居者・テナントの管理
  • 契約書作成、顧客対応など
  • 設備メンテナンスの管理
  • 不具合があれば、

業者に連絡、清掃業者の管理など

  • 空室管理
  • 入居者の募集やテナントを見つけるため、

不動産会社への交渉など

<入社後まずは...>

まずは先輩スタッフの業務に同行し、

物件や日々の仕事の流れを

覚えることから始めていきます。

慣れてきた後は、

入居者様やテナント様からの相談対応や

業者とのやり取りなども、少しずつお任せ。

分からないことがあれば、

その都度先輩に確認しながら進められるので

一人で抱え込む必要はありません。

また、日々の管理業務に慣れてきた後は、

「この物件をもっと使いやすくするには?」

「どんなすれば、入居者様に喜ばれるか?」

といった、物件の価値を高める企画にも

チャレンジしていただけます。

ただ決められた管理を行うのではなく、

自分のアイデアや気づきを

仕事に活かせるのもこの仕事の魅力ですよ。

不動産業界でも休日数はホワイト級

『不動産業界は

休みが少なく、忙しくて大変...。』

それは"不動産営業"を

思い浮かべた場合がほとんど。

当社の不動産管理は、

物件を売る・契約を追う仕事ではないため、

ノルマや数字に追われることはありません。

毎週土日祝休みの完全週休2日制で、

長期休暇もあり、年間休日は120日以上。

自社物件の管理が中心なので、

急な予定変更や夜間対応も少なく、

スケジュールを立てやすいのが特徴です。

「不動産に関わる仕事がしたいけど、

営業の働き方は合わないかも…」

基本給:月給 25万円 〜
