仕事内容:

社長と経営層を支える "会社運営のハブ" として、

総務・人事・労務・経理・企画サポートなど、幅広い業務をお任せします。

最初はできる範囲からスタートし、OJTや研修で丁寧にフォローします。

<具体的な業務内容>

  • 社長・役員のスケジュール管理、会議準備
  • 文書作成・管理、社内外との連絡対応
  • 総務・庶務業務(備品発注、来客対応、オフィス環境整備)
  • 人事・労務サポート(勤怠管理、入退社手続き、書類管理)
  • 経理補助(伝票・請求書処理、支払確認)
  • 社内会議やイベントの企画・運営補助
  • プロジェクト進行管理や調査業務
  • 経営資料の作成、戦略立案サポート

特別な経験は不要。
