【募集背景】 プロスポーツチームをはじめとして、試合を撮影し、映像を振り返ることで改善に活かす取り組みが主流になっています。選手自ら映像を振り返り、気づきを得て、日々の練習に活かすことで、フォーム改善や打率向上などの成果が出ています。 RUN.EDGEは、グローバル特許を取得している高速シーン再生技術を軸に、野球・サッカー・バスケ・ラグビーなどスポーツ向けプロダクトを開発し、MLBやJリーグなど国内外のプロクラブや大学などのアマチュアチームに広く採用されています。 昨今、スポーツの現場ではより一層映像の重要性が高まり、映像分析だけでなく、映像編集・共有・コミュニケーションを完結できる当社のサービスFL-UX(フラックス)の活用事例が増えてきました。Fl-UXは今後も映像活用を通じた新しいコミュニケーションの文化醸成を目指し、サポートを進めます。 プロダクトの更なる成長と導入を推進いただけるセールスメンバーを募集します。 【具体的な仕事内容】 プロダクトの展開戦略の立案・実行 初期リードの獲得・初期ユーザーへの導入(初期実績・事例の獲得) リードへのアプローチ(提案、営業、講習会) 顧客のサポート(Q&A対応、マニュアル整備、顧客からの新規要件・要望などの吸い上げとエンジニアとの調整、新規導入支援) 展示会やセミナー出展、Webinarなどの企画や運営対応の補助 ※お客様サポートのため日本各地へ出張の可能性があります(月1回程度) ※休日に勤務が必要となる可能性があります(試合等お客様の状況により) プロダクト情報 スポーツ映像分析・編集・共有サービス 「FL-UX」https://fl- 「FL-UX Basketball」 「スポーツの映像×コミュニケーション特設サイト」 https://fl- ※最初はFL-UXを担当いただきますが、事業状況によってスポーツ以外のプロダクトをご担当いただく場合があります。 【仕事の魅力】 ・担当プロダクトの成長に向けて、自由な発想で自ら考え、チャレンジできます。会社の成長と共に成長期ならではの変化や新たなチャレンジを通じて、自己成長も実現できる環境です。 ・100%自社開発プロダクトのため、ただ売るだけでなく、ものづくりとの関わりを直に感じながら、エンジニアと密にコミュニケーションを取り、世界に通用するプロダクトの一翼を担います。 【営業スタイル】 ・Webからの問い合わせやお客様・パートナー企業様からの紹介、アウトバウンドでリードを獲得しWeb商談や現地説明会を交えて成約までサポートしていきます。 ・営業施策や提案方法など、各自アイディアを出しあって、最善の方法を検討し、スピード感を持って取り組んでいます。 ・これまでの経験を活かしていただきながら、新しい挑戦ができるポジションです。 ・本ポジションでは、スポーツにおける映像活用のあり方を変革し、コミュニケーションを通じてお客様へ新しい価値を提供することをミッションとしています。 【RUN.EDGE会社紹介資料】 【選考フロー】 書類選考人事面接 技術面接 リファレンスチェック 最終面接内定オファー面談 ※面接の回数は状況に合わせて変更する場合がありますので、予めご理解ください。
必須スキル
営業経験2年以上 積極的にコミュニケーションを取れること 基礎的なPCスキル(Excel、PowerPoint、Word等) 何事にも積極的に挑戦し、改善のために粘り強く取り組めること
