【仕事内容】
- 業務概要
財務経理チームにて、単体決算業務および日常的な経理業務を中心に担当いただきます。フレックスタイム制を導入しており、柔軟な働き方が可能です。
- ポジションの役割
同社の財務状況を正確に把握・管理するための中心的な役割を担います。日々の経理業務から決算対応まで、企業運営に欠かせない業務を支えるポジションです。

【募集背景】
同社では、管理部門の体制強化を目的として、財務経理チームの増員を行います。今回の募集は、既存メンバーの退職に伴う欠員補充となります。

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間7時間・休憩1時間)
コアタイム11:00〜15:00
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間〜30時間
9:00〜17:00の時間帯で勤務する社員が多いです。
【給与】
400万円〜500万円
年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額290000円〜 基本給290000円〜
残業代全額支給
