自宅で診察・処方ができる「オンライン診療」

の問い合わせ対応を行うお仕事です。

テレビ通話での診察に関する確認や、

支払い方法のご案内などシンプル業務が中心。

マニュアル完備で未経験でも安心してスタートできます。

医師が処方薬を確定した後、オペレーターへ接続し、

処方量・プラン・決済方法・配送先住所の確認を行っていただきます。

<主な業務>

・問診表の確認、患者情報の事前チェック

・カルテ登録

・処方薬の確認(誤りがないか)

・契約プランや決済方法のご案内

・配送先住所の確認

・配送料を含めた最終金額のご案内

・社内(医師・会計・配送部門など)との連携

・一部問い合わせ対応、調整業務 など

  • 1件あたり3~5分/1時間で約10名を担当
  • トークスクリプトに沿って案内するシンプル業務
  • 困ったときはすぐ相談できる環境

【丁寧な研修体制】

【募集の背景】

「DMMオンラインクリニック」は、

合同会社DMM.comが提供する

オンライン診療プラットフォームです。

診察や薬剤配送は当社が担い、

2021年のサービス開始以来、

多くの患者様から高い評価をいただいています。

近年は、男性向けAGA治療やメディカルダイエットの

ニーズが急増しており、診察件数も右肩上がり。

2023年には前年度比約6倍を突破し、

今後も高い需要が見込まれます。

こうした成長に対応するため、

カスタマーサポート体制の強化を

目的に採用を決定しました。

今回は10名以上の増員募集となり、

同期と一緒にスタートできる環境です

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

シフト制(実働8時間)

・早番:07:50~17:00(休憩:1時間+15分)

・遅番:12:50~22:00(休憩:1時間+15分)

  • 月5日まで希望休OK

(休み・早番・遅番の指定も可)

  • 遅番翌日早番の連続勤務なし
  • 残業月5h程度とほぼなし

※平均160時間。月の土日祝日の日数によって総労働時間が変動します。

<休日における希望休について>

休日は毎月10日までに翌月の希望するお休みを提出し、

当月21日頃に翌月の休日シフトを確定させます。

基本的には希望通りにシフトを組みますが、

希望が重複した場合には一部、

相談の上で休日を調整させていただくこともあります。

仕事終わりにペットの猫と過ごしたり、

水族館に行って癒されたり、

英語の勉強や、

アニメ・漫画・映画を見る、

音楽を聴く、スポーツをするなど、

プライベートとの両立もしやすい環境です。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 27万8500円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万1500円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
