【仕事内容】

〈情報システム(HD:インフラ メンバー~リーダークラス)〉

【主にインフラ領域における以下業務】

■グループ全体のインフラ企画、システム効率化、ルール策定

■システム企画等の上流工程をメインに担当

(ベンダー管理、プロジェクト管理)

■業務改革・業務分析および業務改善

■運用支援

(ヘルプデスク対応の取りまとめ)

※構築や運用・保守などの実務は別会社にて対応

■入社後に期待する役割

・中期、長期にわたるインフラ基盤整備への計画立案をする。

・太陽HD内のグループ各社の業務標準化推進におけるインフラ運用の対象範囲が広がり量が増えている中で、この効率化をリードする。

・アナログ面含めたインフラ周りの全体統括を行い、グループ会社内IT子会社(ファンリード社) メンバーを取りまとめる。

【参考情報(システム環境)】

・CiscoのSASEソリューションにより、グループ全体のネットワーク・セキュリティを統合

・グループ全体で利用する仮想サーバをVMwareにて構築・運用

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■社内情報システムにおけるインフラPJの参画経験

※SI、事業会社いずれの経験でも可

※運用フェーズのみの経験でも、運用設計などのご経験があれば応募可能。ただし、運用監視などのオペレーションのみのご経験は不可。

■PJリード経験(サブリーダー以上、規模不問)

■企画・導入などの上流工程での豊富なご経験

■非IT部門との円滑な調整が可能なコミュニケーション能力

■事業会社におけるシステム企画経験

・システム子会社のメンバーへの適切な業務指示やフォローを出来る方
