仕事内容:

医療機関や医師・薬剤師向けの出版社で、営業サポート事務をお願いします。

営業からの依頼による顧客、または社内向けの資料作成や、POP・チラシなどの作成、各郵送物の発送、広告原稿の管理などをお任せします。

イチから作成することはほとんど無く、過去ファイルの修正が出来れば大丈夫です。

医療系の知識は不問です。

・顧客・社内向け営業資料作成

・POP・チラシ・ポスター作成(Illustrator、Photoshop使用)

・広告掲載誌・請求書等の郵送物発送、広告原稿管理

・書籍見本・販促資材の取り寄せ、DM発送

・データ入力、製作担当者との原稿のやり取り

・社内外からの電話対応

・注文処理、リスト管理

・ファイリング
