鹿島建物総合管理株式会社からアイデムコーポレーションがお預かりしている求人情報です。

当社が管理する物件の大規模修繕工事やテナント入退去工事などにおいて施工管理を行っていただきます。当社は、鹿島建設が手掛けた誰もが知るような建物を中心に全国で約2890棟を管理しています(オフィスビル、大規模複合施設、博物館、データセンター、病院、ホテル、学校、研究施設など)。

  • 具体的な職務内容:

・設計図書に基づく見積書、施工計画書の作成

・得意先、設計事務所、協力会社との各種調整

・現場施工管理(実行予算、工程表、施工図、届出書類の作成、安全管理、品質管理等)

・各種検査業務の計画、調整(官公庁の届出、検査立会、書類作成等)

・施工書類の作成(竣工図、完成図書の整備等)

  • 1日のスケジュール例:

8時30分 出社(現場開錠、朝礼・メールチェック・当日の業務内容確認)

10時 現場巡視

12時 昼食

13時 昼礼、現場巡視

15時 現場事務所にて事務作業

17時 清掃確認、現場施錠

17時30分 退社

資格やご経験などを考慮して給与を決定いたします

  • 年収例:440万円/入社5年目(28歳)/月給25万円+その他手当+賞与(2級施工管理技士/受注500万円以下の工事なら管理可能)
  • 昇給:年1回(4月)
  • 賞与:年2回(7月、12月)※全期支給実績あり

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。

【資格・経験】

学歴不問

<応募資格/応募条件>

  • 必須条件:いずれか1つ

・施工管理の経験3年以上

・現場代理人の経験1年以上

・非常駐体制での建物管理経験3年以上

・大規模工事(受注高1,000万円以上又は工期1ヶ月間以上)の施工管理経験

【休日・休暇】

完全週休2日制(休日は土日祝日)

年間有給休暇10日~23日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)

年間休日日数123日

※現場の状況により土日出勤が発生する可能性もございます

※年間休日は、年度によって異なります
