東京都内、千葉県内で、訪問看護ステーション・児童発達支援・放課後等デイサービス・保育所等訪問支援の5事業領域を、「ウェイオブライフ」「ポニーナ」という施設名称にて運営しております。現在は訪問看護ステーション事業も強化しております。Reafは、作業療法士・理学療法士・言語聴覚士など各領域の専門家と共に支援を実施しております。 当社で、 各施設事業所を支援する「地域連携スタッフ」を募集致します。

【仕事内容】
総務・事務 #人事・労務 #法人営業 #総合職 #オープン3年以内 東京都、千葉県許認可事業である訪問看護ステーション、児童福祉業界にて、将来地域で信頼を得られる医療福祉人材を目指して頂きます。 将来的には、法人中核を担う法人幹部の道も開けてます。 地域医療福祉を支える「地域連携・マネジメントスタッフ」を募集します。 病院や保健所への地域連携活動(営業) ※弊社の訪問看護事業・児童発達支援・放課後等デイサービスを、地域にPR活動をして頂きます。 【施設運営・医療福祉サービス】 <事業所運営> ・管理者及び管理者補佐業務 ・新規施設の立ち上げ及びデザインコンセプト構築 ・地域行政及び地域団体との協力体制構築 ・行政やクリニックからの利用者対応 【管理・事務】 <事業開発> ・新規事業の立ち上げ <経営管理> ・総務、経理、労務、各部署の対応及び拡大に合わせた仕組み構築 ・ 行政対応(申請変更届等)、社内イベント準備/社内制度の運用サポート等 ・経営計画を踏まえた人員計画に対する求人活動(面接日程調整、応募者対応) 以上の法人中核業務を、約3年間をかけて学んで頂きます。 ※従事すべき業務の変更:なし ※就業の場所の変更の範囲:法人定める範囲

【給与の備考】
想定年収:4,000,000円 ~ 5,000,000円 <その他> 近距離手当:3駅2㌔以内 【試用期間】6ヶ月 雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
【想定年収】
地域連携主任/未経験 ・入職1年目 400万円 ・入職3年目 440万円 管理職/4年目 ・入職1年目 450万円 ・入職3年目 500万円 ※想定年収は1年間在籍した際に支給される金額の一例です。賞与の支給額や勤務時間などにより前後する可能性があります。
