職務内容
■ カテゴリーマネジメント(年間約80億円規模)
3PL、A&P、プロフェッショナルサービスの戦略策定・実行
支出分析・課題抽出・ソーシング戦略立案
VE提案、テンダー実行、価格・品質・サービス・供給安定性の交渉
経営層への提案・アラインメント取得・実行推進
■ サプライヤーマネジメント
契約管理(NDA、標準契約、支払条件、保険、Force Majeure等)
SRM/ジョイントビジネスプランニング推進
コスト・品質・サービス・イノベーション創出
■ 組織マネジメント
3PL担当マネージャーおよびCOEスペシャリストの育成・支援
ハンズオンでA&Pおよびプロフェッショナルサービスをリード
■ COE(Center of Excellence)
調達プロセス高度化
デジタル化推進
ガバナンス・ポリシー整備・レポーティング改善
理想の人材
間接購買経験10年以上
