職務内容 【職務内容】

体外診断用医薬品及び医療機器の薬事業務をお任せします。

具体的には、製品の承認申請(申請書作成、PMDA対応)、臨床評価(試験設計)、

品質マネジメントシステム(QMS)の維持管理、販売業管理、変更・更新業務などの業務に携わっていただきます。

将来的に、製造販売業の総括、品責、安責、

卸売販売業の管理薬剤師としての役割も視野に入れた業務をお任せします。

社内では、品質保証、営業、マーケティング部門と連携し、

輸入製品の国内導入や販売後の管理に関与いただきます。

特にマーケティング部門とは、国内市場への導入戦略策定において密に連携します。

海外対応としては、海外メーカーとの月次薬事会議や

日常的な英語でのメール対応、定期監査(年に1回)や必要に応じ

現地ミーティング(年1〜2回)など、グローバルな業務にも携わっていただきます。

【担当製品】

イタリアELITech Group社製の体外診断用医薬品(PCR測定キット)や、

自社製医療機器(生化学自動分析装置、PCR検査装置等)に関する薬事業務をご担当いただきます。

入社後は、申請業務の一部やQMS活動からスタートし、

チームで業務を進めながら、将来的には体外診断薬品卸売販売業の管理薬剤師

さらには総括製造販売責任者としてのキャリアステップを目指していただきます。

【配属先について】

本ポジションは、ヘルスケア事業統括本部 診断システム事業部

診断事業戦略本部 薬事部への配属となります。

薬事部では、体外診断用医薬品の製造販売業関連業務をはじめ、

体外診断用医薬品・医療機器の販売業管理、

さらにアジア地域向け医療機器の薬事・法規制対応など、

幅広い薬事業務を担っています。

■診断事業戦略本部全体では約50名が在籍しており、

薬事部には11名が所属しています。男女比はほぼ同数です。

■薬事部は中途入社者が多く、前職は医療機器メーカーや試薬メーカーなど

多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーで構成されています。

平均年齢は40〜50代で、落ち着いた雰囲気の中で専門性を活かしながら

業務に取り組める環境です。

【働き方】

・リモートワーク:有

(出社は平均週1〜2回程度。但しご本人が出社を希望する場合は希望する頻度で可)

・残業時間:30~40時間程度/月 (外部監査対応時期などの繁忙期あり)

・出張:国内出張は近距離が中心。但し、担当業務によっては全国の支店への出張が発生します。海外出張は年に1〜2回程度。

応募資格 【必須条件】

・3年以上の体外診断用医薬品または医療機器の品質保証、薬事業務、または臨床開発の実務経験のある方。

L臨床開発、品質保証、法規専門担当、など職種・立場は問いません。海外医療機器法規制に係る業務も含みます。

・薬剤師資格をお持ちの方。

・英語での読み書きに抵抗がない方(TOEIC600点以上目安)

└海外取引先とのコミュニケーションなど、業務上で使用するため。

TOEICスコアは必須ではございませんが、読み書きに抵抗がない方

・TOEIC700点以上

待遇 ■予定月給

297,500円〜397,400円※固定手当を除く

固定手当:ライフ・ワークスタイルサポート手当5,000円

524万円〜860万円

※(月給×12ヶ月)+賞与、諸手当込み

■諸手当の補足

固定手当+等級に応じ、業務手当を支給(予定月給に業務手当は含んでおりません)

L業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給

L82,500円~本給額により変動。

時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。

L30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。

※業務手当支給対象外の場合、実残業時間分を支給
