HENNGEでは、このような課題を包括的に解決し、企業の安全かつ便利なクラウドサービスの活用をサポートする、クラウドセキュリティサービスの「HENNGE One」を提供しています。
HENNGE Oneはサブスクリプション型のクラウドサービスとしてお客様にご提供していますが、解約率は一般的なSaaSビジネスの解約率を大幅に下回る1%未満で推移しており*、お客様から必要とされるサービスとして、上場企業を含む多くの企業にご利用いただいています。今後も継続的な顧客拡大やサービスの拡充を進め、企業のクラウドサービス活用を促進するため、積極的な人員増員を行っています。

【業務について】
ご入社後まずは、ご自身の経験、将来のキャリアプランを踏まえながら以下業務を中心にご担当いただきます。
- 資本政策の策定と実行(含む株主還元)
- 資金調達及び金融機関対応
- 資金管理の高度化
- 資金運用及び為替リスク管理
- M&A及び新規事業の検討支援・評価
上記以外にも経営企画 / FP&A領域に関与いただくことも可能です。
- 中期経営計画、事業計画の策定及び支援
- PL予算策定・予実分析・将来予測
- 収益性やコスト分析(切り口検討含む)
- SaaS KPIの設計及びモニタリング
- 外部環境及びベンチマーク企業の情報収集・分析及びアクションの策定

- SaaS業界・ビジネスモデルに対する強い興味・関心
- ファイナンス業務を通じて事業の成長に寄与したい方

経営企画部・財務部門での財務戦略・資金調達・運用等の経験
- 投資銀行、財務系コンサルティング会社、証券会社、銀行における法人向け営業の経験

給与
経験、能力等に応じて応相談(給与テーブルとグレード要件は会社紹介資料をご覧ください)
賞与
年1回(12月)
※給与テーブルに応じた基本給の2ヶ月分を想定しています。
(全社業績・部門業績・個人評価に基づき変動する可能性あり。)
昇給
定期査定に基づく昇給:年一回(1月)
※当社は職能資格制度を採用しており、より上位の等級に昇格していただく際にも昇給があります。

その他
英語手当:10,000円〜130,000円(月額)
※当社指定の申請・基準を満たした方に対し、月給とは別に支給対象となります。
出社賞与: 4,000円/日
※出社、あるいは顧客訪問など、業務において対面でコミュニケーションを取った日数分が賞与に追加して支給されます。
