既存フローの分解とAIプロセスの構築、各施策の情報設計とユーザーフローを担当します。
ワイヤーフレームの作成やブランドストラテジーデザイン、
UX/UIデザイン、ヴィジュアルデザインも含まれます。
プロジェクト要件や社会状況を踏まえたプロジェクトゴールの策定、
プロジェクトプロセス設計も行います。
【具体的には】
・ 既存フローの分解とAIプロセスの構築と導入
・ 各施策の情報設計とユーザーフロー
・ ワイヤーフレームの作成
・ ブランドストラテジーデザイン、UX/UIデザイン、ヴィジュアルデザイン
・ プロジェクト要件や社会状況を踏まえたプロジェクトゴールの策定、
および望ましい成果を実現するためのプロジェクトプロセス設計
【求める人材】
※デザインプロセスを含んだポートフォリオの提出が必須になります。
・ AI(生成AI/LLM等)への強い関心と基本的な理解
・UXリサーチの経験
・ 提案したデザインについて、論理的、客観的に言語化できること
・ エンジニアとコミュニケーションを取り、一緒に働いた経験
・ 課題抽出やプロセスを可視化するための能動的なコミュニケーションとコラボレーション力
【歓迎】
・LLM関連の実務導入経験/CLIやMCP関連の知識
・フロントエンド領域の実務経験や知識
・デザインシステムの構築経験
【給与】
年収800~1300万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
