短期スタッフ募集期間がえらべる
【3月31日まで】 or 【4月30日まで】
通信サービスをご利用中のお客さまへお電話し、契約内容のフォローを行うお仕事です。
長く使っていただくための割引案内や、「困っていることはないか」を伺うことが主な役割となります。
―『決まった流れで進められる仕事』
お電話の内容は、あらかじめ用意されたテンプレートが中心です。
話すこと・聞くことが整理されているため、順番に進めていけます。
―『画面に沿って、入力するだけ』
申し込みを希望された場合は、パソコンでの入力作業に進みます。
テンプレート画面に沿って入力する作業からスタートします。
2画面を使用しますが、難しい操作はありません。
―『ひとりで抱え込まない環境』
対応範囲は比較的限定されており、迷ったときは管理者がフォローします。
テンプレート外の問い合わせも、相談しながら対応できます。
研修とサポートが整った環境で、少しずつ業務に慣れていけるお仕事です。

未経験OK(経験、資格は一切不問) / PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK)
