新築中心の自社物件で

改修・営繕作業など建築現場の

施工管理業務をお任せします。

*下請工事も稀にあり

自社物件の現場では

一次テナントとして

施主に近い立場で管理をします。

スペックは自社で決めることが多く

クライアントの要望に

振り回される頻度が低いのが特徴

・一級建築士、一級施工管理技士を所有の方

・普通自動車免許(AT可)

※二級も大歓迎

建設施工管理の経験者

※現場管理経験無しでも

資格があれば歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30

(実働7.5時間、休憩90分)

月~金勤務、

土曜勤務 /月1~2回

月給30万円~50万円
