【仕事内容】

福福トレカ店にて遊戯王タイトル専門スタッフとして、販売・買取・店舗運営に関わる業務を幅広くご担当いただきます

  • 主な業務

・接客、販売・買取査定

・商品管理(在庫・レート・値付け)

・イベント・大会企画・運営

・SNSマーケティング

・店舗運営管理、人材育成 など

条件:私用端末で業務の一部を行う方に対して支給

役職手当 月35,000円~125,000円

条件:役職へ就任した方に対して支給

成長手当 月1,000円~50,000円

条件:人事評価をもとに1年間定額を支給

外国語手当 月30,000円

条件:日本語+英語又は中国語を話せる方に対して支給

基本給 260,400円~

通信手当 2,000円

外国語手当 30,000円(基準対象者)

【賞与】

年に2回の賞与あり(6月・12月)

賞与の平均支給額 ※2025年実績

※タイトルチームへ所属した場合は、業績・ランクに応じて

・Aランク:半期+60万円

・Bランク:半期+30万円
