【Overview】
The company leads quality enhancement initiatives as part of the development team, aiming to realize its philosophy of "creating a society rich in teamwork." They develop products—including a business improvement platform, groupware, and shared email management system—all designed to boost team productivity.
Driven by the shift from a package to a cloud business model, the QA Engineer role has expanded considerably.As a member of the development team, you will not only design and execute tests to improve customer value but also proactively engage in the entire development process, focusing on building quality in from the start and accelerating release speed.
Currently, the company is challenging itself to pioneer a new approach to quality assurance that fits the cloud business model, which involves not just improving pre-release quality but also conducting QA activities within the production environment.

【Responsibilities】Upon joining, you will first be assigned to one of the products as a QA Engineer.
You may also participate in activities related to the overall QA function, such as recruiting QA engineers and organizing study sessions.
Based on your skills and experience, you may take on a management role.・Formulating test strategies, test design, and test execution.
・Participating in team events, such as Scrum meetings.
・Test efficiency improvement and automation.
・Proposing and driving the execution of improvements to the development and testing processes.
・Participating in activities related to the overall QA function.

【 Requirements】
【Required】
Experience working as a QA Engineer for web applications or mobile apps, and the willingness to engage in quality improvement activities as part of the development team.
【Preferred】Experience implementing and operating automated testing
Experience with testing in agile development
Experience with AI-powered testing
Experience managing operations within the testing process
Experience proposing and driving improvements to development and testing processes
Experience managing and developing QA engineering team members
