【お仕事内容】

当社が運営するauショップでの販売、接客業務をお任せします。

来店・予約のお客様に対して、スマホ・携帯電話を主軸にお客様のライフスタイルに合わせたサービスをご提案いただきます。

  • 店頭での操作説明
  • 機種変更等の手続き
  • 契約内容の変更
  • オプション品やサービスの提案
  • 販促やレイアウトの企画

などをお任せします。

当社での働き方としては月9~10日がお休みで、年間休日も120日とたくさんあります。残業も1日1時間あるかないかなので自分の時間を大切にすることが出来ます。月数回は土日を休みむことも可能で連休取得制度もあります

当社は平均年齢30歳の若手スタッフにより構成されており、人材育成と社内コミュニケーションの向上に重点を置いています。これを実現するために、毎年、社外講師を招いて多様な教育研修を実施し、スタッフが一流の社会人として活躍できるようサポートしています。また、人事評価では毎月の上長との面談や専門スタッフによるサポート、3ヶ月ごとの評価面談を実施し、結果だけでなくプロセスや事業運営への貢献度も評価しています。これにより、個々のスタッフが自分の個性を活かし、生き生きと働く環境を提供しています。

実働時間:1日あたり9時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

9:15~19:15(実働8時間・残業20時間程度)

*19時~20時までには退社
