これは優しさではありません。「現場の無駄をなくすためのルール」です。怒号が飛び交う現場で、良い仕事ができますか? 萎縮してミスが起きたり、報告が遅れたりして、結局手直しで自分たちが苦しむだけです。だからこそ、整理整頓、言葉遣いといった「マナー」を徹底し、「腕はいいけど素行が悪い人」にはご遠慮いただいています。気を使う対象は「理不尽な親方」ではなく、「お客様」だけで十分です。 人間関係の摩擦で消耗する時間を、あなたの「技術」と「稼ぎ」に変えませんか?

「仕事内容は?」

内装仕上げ工事(クロス貼り替え等) をお任せします。 街場の工務店やリフォーム会社、 マンションの大規模修繕などが中心。
居住者様がいる現場も多いため、 「挨拶」や「整理整頓」といった マナーも大切な技術の一つです。 将来的には現場調査や工程管理など、 現場を回すポジションも期待します。
『1日の流れはこんな感じ♪』
8:00~ 現場で朝礼・作業開始
10:00~ 小休憩(一服)
12:00~ お昼休憩(しっかり1時間)
13:00~ 作業再開 ↓ 15:00~ 小休憩(リフレッシュ)
17:00 作業終了・片付け ※現場により直行直帰OK ※ダラダラ残業はしません。

給与:
<経験者> 月給35万円以上スタート ※能力・経験を考慮し決定します
