Job Summary:
- 当社は、顧客ニーズを満たした生命保険商品を早期にマーケットへリリースできるよう、保険業務の簡素化を目的とする契約管理システムを導入し、保険商品の開発プロセスの先進化を進めている。これらを継続的に推進するために、技術知識とアプリケーション開発の経験を持ち、社内外の関係者と協力しながら、契約管理システムのアプリケーション開発をリードできる人材を探している。
- 開発業務のリーダーとして、Technology Roadmapに沿って契約管理システムチーム(以降当チームと呼ぶ)が所管する生命保険契約管理システム上で動作する各種アプリケーションの開発と運用保守を担当いただく。
Responsibilities:
- 生命保険契約管理システムに関するアプリケーション開発(以降開発と呼ぶ)とアプリケーション運用保守(以降保守と呼ぶ)の両業務を担当いただく。また、担当者に技術とアプリケーションの知識を深めてもらうために、各自の適性を見極めながら担当業務のローテーションも計画している。
開発業務は基本プロジェクト制となる。具体的には当社のプロジェクト管理標準フレームワークに沿って、業務部門の担当者(以降Bizと呼ぶ)、ITのプロジェクトマネージャ(以降ITPMと呼ぶ)、ITの他の開発チームまたは担当者、ITのインフラ担当者(以降インフラと呼ぶ)、ITベンダーといった関係者と連携をしながら、以下(ウォータフォール方式を前提としている。アジャイルプロセスの場合は工程等適宜読み替え)のプロジェクトデリバリ業務の全部または一部を担当いただく。ただし、要件定義および概要設計は必須とする。

保守のミッションは契約管理システムの安定稼働および各種Bizのサポートである。具体的には、当社の運用保守プロセスに従って、Biz、開発チーム、インフラ、ベンダーと協働しながら以下の業務を担当いただく。
●本番システムのサポート
Bizの契約管理業務を支えるための役割と責任として、サービスリクエスト管理、インシデント管理やプロブレム管理を行う。サービスデスクより受け付けるBizからのリクエスト対応、インシデント発生時のシステム復旧対応・報告、発生原因の分析等を主体的に行う。特にインシデント対応においてはBizや他チームとコミュニケーションを取り迅速な対応が求められる。
●アプリケーションモニタリング
様々なツールを活用し、本番環境で稼働する契約管理システムをアプリケーション観点からの監視を行い、いち早く障害の検知を行う。契約管理システムに関わるSW/HWリソース、システムログ、処理結果ログ、アプリケーション稼働・処理のクリティカルパスを特定したトランザクション監視や定期的なHealth Check等、必要となる監視の設計やツールの設定を行い、適切で有効なモニタリングを行うことが求められる。
●サービストランジション
開発がデリバリした新規アプリケーションや機能追加/改修した既存アプリケーションについて、安全確実に運用保守へ移行できるように受け入れるために品質の管理を行う。保守に必要なプロセスやドキュメントが作成・整理されているかレビューを行う。新規技術・製品を使用したアプリケーションの受け入れもあるため、そういった業務経験・知識があるとレビュー時に的確な指摘が出来てなお良い。
●改善活動
本番環境でのサービス品質を安定させるため、また、仕事をより効率的/効果的にするために改善活動を推進する。その活動に参加・協力して日々改善を行う。
Requirements:
Experience:
- 3年以上の生命保険もしくは金融業務に関する業務システム設計、開発、運用保守経験。
- WindowsとUnix系OSの知識または開発業務での利用経験
- J2EEアーキテクチャー/フレームワークに対する知識およびシステム設計開発業務での利用経験
Skills:
- 日本語でシステム要件定義書、基本設計書を適切に作成、レビューする経験または能力
- 社内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションをリードできる、関係者の期待値を管理する能力
Preferable:
- 生命保険契約管理パッケージの開発・保守経験
- オフショアとの協業経験
- マイクロサービスアーキクチャ―に対する知識
- メジャーのクラウドソリューション(例えばAmazon Web ServiceまたはAzure)の利用経験または知識
- 代表的なアジャイル開発手法(例えばScrum)の業務経験または知識
Language:
