【仕事内容】

<大手金融関連企業での営業&秘書アシスタント> (1) 営業アシスタント業務:資料印刷、郵送物発送、Excel・Word・PDF編集、専用システム入力 (2) 出張手配:新幹線・飛行機・宿泊などの手配(ビズバンス使用) (3) 経費精算:出張旅費・交際費・会議費などの申請(SAP/Concur使用) (4) スケジュール調整:電話・メールでのアポイント調整、会議設定(Webex、Teamsなど) (5) 各種手配:挨拶状・お礼状・祝電送付、顧客へのお土産手配、会議のお弁当・飲み物手配 (6) 来客対応:対面での対応や会議準備 ※電話対応:10件程度/日 【在宅勤務について】 開始後、3ヶ月程度で週1日OK 【就業環境について】 ・部署人数:6名 ・年齢層:30~40代 ・派遣スタッフ:3名 (みんなマンパワースタッフです)
