仕事内容:

当社が運営する飲食店舗にて、店長候補(マネジメント職)として

ホール・キッチン業務を含む店舗運営全般をお任せします。

まずは現場業務からスタートし、

売上管理・スタッフ育成・店舗マネジメントまで、

将来の店長を見据えたポジションとして段階的にお任せしていきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

■ ホール・キッチン業務

・接客対応、配膳、ドリンク提供

・調理補助、盛り付け、仕込み

・店舗オペレーション全体の把握

■ 店舗運営・マネジメント業務

・売上管理、数値管理、KPI確認

・スタッフの採用、教育、育成、シフト管理

・サービス品質・オペレーション改善

・在庫管理、原価管理、コスト管理

・目標設定、店舗施策の企画・実行

・本部との連携、報告業務

※ 店長経験者・マネジメント経験者は即戦力として活躍できます。

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

8:00~23:00の間でシフト制(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

月平均残業時間:20時間以下

休暇・休日:

・年間休日120日

勤務地:

原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり

アクセス:

・駐車場あり(7台、24時間利用可)

給与:

・月給:32万円〜48万円(固定残業代含む)

・45時間を超える時間外労働分は追加で全額支給

・試用期間:3ヶ月(条件変更なし)

【年収モデル】

・入社2年目・店長:年収720万円(月給42万円+インセンティブ)

・入社3年目・店長:年収700万円

・入社2年目・副料理長:年収480万円
