濃厚豚骨ラーメン「ラー麺ずんどう屋」を国内外に100店舗以上展開する外食企業です。

2002年、兵庫県姫路市から始まった私たちのラーメンは、地域に根ざした味として多くのお客様に支持され、現在では日本全国に加えて、海外にも店舗を広げています。

2017年には、丸亀製麺などを展開する株式会社トリドールホールディングス(東証プライム上場)のグループに参画。

  • 募集背景

ラー麺ずんどう屋の広報・販促の中でも、特にデリバリー戦略を担う人材を募集しています。

現在は広報責任者が兼任で行っておりますが、昨今の需要増により売上も拡大。

より一層強化すべく、専任のマーケティング担当(責任者候補)を採用することになりました。

  • 主な業務

当社のマーケティング担当(責任者候補)として、

デリバリー事業を中心とした企画・推進をお任せします。

デリバリーサービス企業との折衝から店舗支援、

プロモーション施策まで幅広く携わり、事業成長をリードしていただきます。

  • 業務詳細

・デリバリー事業の戦略立案および推進

・デリバリープラットフォーム企業との商談・契約交渉

・加盟店舗へのデリバリー導入支援、運用フローの設計

・売上・利用データの分析、改善提案の実施

・社内関連部署との連携・調整業務

・広報・販促活動(SNS・WEBを活用した施策立案・実行など)など

・デリバリーサービス企業様との企画打合せ

・新規企画の提案、実行に向けた交渉・調整

・新規サービス企業様との契約、イベント企画・開発

・SNSやWEBを活用した広報・販促施策の立案・実行

・デリバリー用容器、トッピング、盛り付けなどの商品企画改善

下記のいずれかのご経験がある方。

1)デリバリー関連の業務経験者

2)外食業界での営業企画・マーケティング部署経験者(※業態は問わず)

3)他業界でのマーケティング経験者
